Final Project - Post 20

I had  a very useful meeting with Steve Sinclair-Day (Career Recovery Manager) who is my point of contact at Help for Heroes. The meeting was to discuss the logistics of the exhibition.  We decided that I would set up on Sunday 22 Jul as the Cafe is closed over the weekend which would give me all day. We then talked about where the images would go and the best layout is is fours given the location.

On Mon 23 Jul the cafe will open and customers will be able  to view the images.   That evening I  plan to have a private viewing probably from 1700 to 1900 for those in the images and heads of the various charities/organisation from who I have had assistance. I know need to decide who to invite. The plan is to have some wine and soft drinks for those attending. After that for the rest of the week they images will remain for others to come and view.

We then spoke about publicising the event and it was felt that this was best done by asking Kirsty Williams from comms if she would interview me/produce a write up for the exhibition. This could then go to the beneficiaries department (Band of Brothers/Band of Sisters) to be promulgated and it would also be put on the all staff intranet and public social media.
